Analysis of power supply and distribution system based on integrated wiring machine room environment design

The power distribution system should meet the use requirements of the information room, ensure the reliability and flexibility of power supply, ensure personal safety, facilitate construction, maintenance and management, and must be advanced in technology and economically reasonable. The lighting system complies with relevant national regulations.

1. Design principles

2. Power supply

The computer room power supply adopts the wiring method of 380 / 220V voltage, 50Hz frequency and three-phase five-wire system (that is, TN-S system). The equipment in the computer room is divided into computer equipment and computer auxiliary equipment. These two kinds of equipment have different requirements for power supply, so two different power supplies are used, one is an ordinary power supply and the other is an uninterruptible power supply. Common power supplies power computer auxiliary equipment, such as air conditioners, lighting, maintenance sockets, auxiliary sockets, etc .; uninterruptible power supplies power computer equipment, such as servers, hosts, terminals, routers, switches, firewalls, and other devices.

The two power sources are introduced into different power distribution boxes, that is, the ordinary power distribution box and the UPS power distribution box installed in the host room, and then sent to the computer equipment and computer auxiliary equipment by the power distribution box.

3. Control and protection equipment

In order to ensure that the equipment can run safely and reliably, and the power supply is accurately and sensitively powered on and off, the power control and protection equipment should use reliable and sensitive air switches (some with leakage protection). Depending on the condition of the equipment, it has overload protection, short circuit protection and leakage protection functions to ensure power supply control and equipment safety.

4. Computer dedicated

The DC ground of the computer system is also called logical ground. In order to make the computer work normally, the DC ground is a zero potential reference point, but not necessarily the ground potential. If the grounding system is connected to the ground through a low-impedance path, it is called grounding. If the grounding system is not connected to the ground, but insulated from the ground, it is called DC ground suspension. It is usually grounded after proper treatment, that is, series grounding-multi-point grounding, parallel grounding-single-point grounding, and network grounding.

In order to realize the grounding resistance R ≤ l ohm, the metal parts (such as steel pipes, angle steel, flat steel, round steel, etc.) that are artificially buried in the ground are called artificial grounding bodies; they are also used as the grounding metal components that directly contact the ground , Metal well pipes, reinforced concrete and other building foundations, as well as metal pipes and equipment are called natural grounding bodies. The metal wire connected to the grounding body and led into the equipment room is called the grounding wire, and the sum of the grounding body and the grounding wire is called the grounding device.

5. Cable laying and piping wiring

One low-voltage distribution box is equipped with the system diagram, and an ammeter, a voltmeter, and an indicator light are provided. The power distribution cabinet is designed according to the actual power consumption and expandable capacity. The estimated power consumption is 30kw. The grounding adopts TN-s mode, adopts three-phase five-wire system, and the neutral wire and the ground wire are strictly separated. The UPS power supply mode is 3 × 16mm2 + 2 × 10mm2 flame retardant cables introduced into the cabinet.

Considering that the cable in the equipment room is affected by the ambient temperature and the heat dissipation conditions are not good, the current carrying capacity of the cable is the current carrying capacity when the ambient temperature is + 40 ℃. All cables use flame-retardant power cables or flame-retardant cross-linked power cables to meet the fire protection requirements of the equipment room. All cabinet equipment and wall and ground sockets are completed by 200mm × 50mm paving bridges, and the part entering the wall is completed by JDG20 pipes or plastic coated hoses. To prevent water leakage from the floor of the equipment room and cause wires and cables to be soaked, all metal wire channels under the floor are 5cm above the ground through the wire channel brackets.

Lamps and socket power cables in the ceiling are made of flame retardant PVC insulated copper core wires, laid in wire tubes, and metal hoses are worn through the ends of the cables to prevent rat bites. All terminals are soldered or crimped caps. All metal pipes, metal trunking and metal hoses are reliably grounded. The connection between the metal pipe and the metal pipe, between the metal wire slot and the metal wire slot, and between the metal pipe and the metal wire slot are through a grounding wire. When the metal wire channel passes through different fire protection areas, fire blocking materials are used to close to reduce the spread of fire.

6. Lighting system

The lighting power supply of the computer room belongs to the category of auxiliary power supply system, but it has certain specificity and independence. The quality of the computer room lighting will not only affect the work efficiency and physical and mental health of computer operators and software and hardware maintenance personnel, but also affect the reliable operation of the computer. Therefore, a reasonable choice of lighting methods, lamp types, layout and some related equipment, etc., can not be ignored in decoration electrical engineering.

Due to the different division of labor in various rooms in the computer room, the contrast requirements are also different. The average illuminance of the host room can be taken as 200LX, 300LX and 500LX. The average illuminance of the basic working room, that is, the first type of auxiliary working room, is 100LX, l50LX, and 200LX; the second and third type of auxiliary rooms can be implemented by reference. At the same time, the requirements of the uniformity of lighting, the stability of lighting, the color rendering of light sources, glare and shadows are included in the schedule, because these factors will also have an inestimable impact on operators and maintenance personnel.

General lighting, also known as general lighting or general lighting, refers to the lighting of the whole place or a part of the place with basically uniform illumination. Mixed lighting means that when general lighting does not meet local needs, local lighting is added to form a so-called mixed lighting. Accident lighting, also known as emergency lighting, refers to lighting that is used to handle the legacy work of the computer or for the transfer of personnel and equipment after the normal lighting is extinguished due to a malfunction or power outage. After the mains power failure, in order to ensure that the staff do emergency treatment such as saving, the machine room uses high-efficiency emergency lighting. After the mains power is cut off, it is automatically turned on, and the emergency lighting is powered by the UPS power supply, and it is evenly arranged without dead ends. The whole district is provided with a power supply by the distribution cabinet and emergency lighting. A set of emergency evacuation indicator lights is installed in the host room.

The layout of the lighting should be based on the beauty of the computer room, the importance of the location, and the needs of the location of the equipment. Considering the beauty of the machine room, the layout of the lamps should be evenly arranged, that is, maintain a certain distance in the vertical and horizontal directions, and determine the direction of the lamps according to the area of ​​the machine room; from the importance of the position; the lamps should be determined according to the nature and role of the position. To achieve better results; at the same time, the location of the equipment should also consider factors such as avoiding shadows and easy maintenance.

The material of the machine room should choose lamps without starters or electronic ballasts, lamps with lights and anti-glare, lamps that can also serve as the air outlet of the air conditioner, lamps with good overall decoration and high luminous efficiency.

The lighting fixture adopts the decentralized control method, that is, the opening of the lamp is controlled by the wall panel switch.
